Straight to Heaven 2008 on netflix

Koji and Tatsuya, both from the Nerima Juvenile Classification Home, make money by committing bank transfer fraud. However, their lives are put in danger when the boss of a larger organization takes out an insurance policy on them. The duo flee to Tatsuya’s hometown of Nagasaki, but there, they also get caught up in trouble with the local yakuza.
