However she finds herself treated as little more than a maid. ‘Hope’–The rapid developments in society are marred by political turbulance which causes Mi-ran to become a student activist and permits her brother, Jeong-min, to enter into a homosexual relationship ‘Family’–Jeong-min, having grown up without a father, seeks comfort and love from other men.
