Ryuji Yashiro (Mitsuki Koga), Wakagashira of the Sumida-gumi, and his Wakagashira-hosa Takashi (Makoto Kurami) have long supported the organization with their fearless determination and brute strength. Despite slowing them down, Kazuya (Koji), the biological son of the Yoshida-gumi’s boss, had always chased after them desperately. The three were inseparable. However, everything changed during the two years Ryuji and Takashi were overseas procuring weapons. Now the head of the Yoshida-gumi, Kazuya had broken away from the Sumida-gumi and begun causing chaos on their turf, incited by the rising Kansai-based Tamaki-gumi, who had no regard for anti-gang laws or traditional codes. Driven by rage, Takashi is swiftly taken down, and when Ryuji rushes to the scene, he is forced to face an ultimatum from the Sumida-gumi: “Make amends as a yakuza—by becoming a civilian.”
